How RENT TO OWN works.
Rent to own programs are a powerful way to buy a home. It allows you an opportunity to have your monthly rents applied to the
purchase price of your home and at the same time improve your credit all while quickly building equity in your home. Any
improvements that you make to the home make it more valuable, while your purchase price remains constant.......more equity.
PGLZ Incorporated has 3 rent to own programs that give you $50.00, $200.00 or $400.00 per month toward the purchase of the
home. Here's how it works. Let's say we have a nice 3 bedroom home with 1 bath we are offering for Rent to Own. We first do a
study of what the "normal" rent should be for that type of home....say $800.00. If you decide to pay $800.00 per month, you get
$50 toward the purchase. If you want to pay $900.00 per month, we give you $200 toward the purchase and if you decide to pay
$1000.00 per month, we give you $400 toward the purchase. You decide what program is best for you.
We also require an Option Deposit of 3-8% of the purchase price (well below what you would need for a traditional home
purchase) and 100% of that money is applied toward the purchase of the home.
So you build equity in your home through appreciation of its value, monthly credits, your option deposit and any home
improvements you may choose to make. Most people then qualify for a mortgage in 1-2 years. Contact us to see if we have a
